Good evening. I’m Ismael, I’m actually facing an issue with Ladder programming in Tia Portal using an S7 300 PLC.
My program is supposed to heat a product up to 95°C and the maintain that temperature within 30mins before going to the next step which is to cool down that same liquid within a range of 70 - 80°C. My problem is that i created a SCALE function and linked it to my analog pin and later on I used a comparator (<95°C) to activate the steam valve the matter now lies at the level of the temporisation, though i used a TON to trigger the coiling system but it doesn’t work as expected and it’s getting me kind of nervous.
