Dear readers I will introduce our project first.

It’s a project that contains 2 water tanks, 1 pump, 2 valves, pressure tank, heater, pipes with manual valves and sensors. With the help of matLab SimuLink we try to make the ideal control for this system, However we are having a problem with the heating sensor located in the second tank. It is a Siemens 7mc1006 and the analog input is fluctuating by +/- 1000, What could be causing the problem?

I’ve read your problem and I thought of a solution, Can you measure the Voltage of the sensor, If the Voltage stays stable then you know the sensor isn’t broken.
