I have a problem with a model of PLC TM221CE40T from Schneider. Yesterday everything worked properly but today i saw an issue on this device. None of the output relay works. I don’t know why, how to solve this problem
Run online simulator, if relay outputs are on but not working, plc fault, if all outputs are off online check programme, Master stop or override device is active.
If the output is ok…try to trace the output signal…maybe some solenoid is not working or some parts are not working
check every output of your PLC if there is an output voltage during activation, then no output voltage is present try to check the program and simulate it. check the inputs of your plc too.
