The overload keeps tripping after 5 mins when i put on the motor.
What’s the problem?
The overload is small check the current of overload and that of a motor and makes sure that the overload has more rated current than the rated current of a motor. For example, if the current of motor is 10A then use a 15A overload.
1). First check the overload setting according to motor rating
2). checking the motor mechanical problem like bearing jam or exhaust fan jam & which types of load running
3). Distance - motor from starter
4). which type of motor ran according to load
5). selection of a relay as per retting
6). check if there is any loose connection
