I’m having a problem with a Mitsubishi VFD F700 [fr-f740-00470-ec] . There was a carbon deposit between the rectifier DC output terminals. After cleaning it I am having this new error.
According to the manual it’s a CPU noise problem. After resetting I was able to run for a short time but now the error won’t reset. Could someone please help? Thanks.
First- use a vacuum cleaner and clean all electronic components and rectifiers also. Then, second check all connections, if loose, tighten it properly, if damaged change it.
Last and most important, check the exhaust system like if it is clean and running properly, if not change it. If the problem is not solved then change the control card cable
