check near of port from where you take the input signal to PLC. Which type is your analog signal is it Current or voltage. Check the PLC programming…for analog scaling block field value is coming or not… If value commissioning in PLC then check the communication cable is properly connected with SCADA OR NOT Remove that cable once then connect and check
