Magnetic FT totaliser measure 50ltr of solution passed but actual solution was 42 ltr and it was matched with solution tank LT. So how I resolved this problem.Why FT measures max flow than actual…? Solution = Hydrogen peroxide

  1. Remove it from the line, power up, and check the zero. It should be stable, if not then set zero as per the procedure given for the particular model/ brand

  2. After verifying zero, make sure fluid parameters are properly entered and verify the K factor for your application. This calculation should be given in the manual.

  3. For a magnetic flow meter you need laminar flow and the line must at-least half full

  4. power supply and signal cables must be properly grounded to their own potentials. Mag flow meter is very sensitive for grounding.
