What could possibly triggered the broken wire diagnostic alarm other than a broken wire? Can temperature possibly changes the current reading value or any surge interference perhaps, and what would be the cause of it
It is simply looking for the 4-20 to go to 0mA to assume the wire is broken. If you lose whatever is powering that channel, then it could be the reason. It could also be because of power loss, loose connection, or even sensors mA output working range
