Please suggest how to rectify following issue of 475 Field Communicator.

HART communicator display not working kindly suggest what to do…?

Message on 475 Field Communicator.

Attention

This unit did not boot up properly. Please select ONE of the following.

RETRY… To reboot the unit.

REFLASH… To reload the application software.

RECOVER… To reload the OS

Select the reboot option so HART having the driver could be installed properly and run the device with the connecting instrument.it is a boot problem and comes due to an improper start and stop of a communicator.

Or Extract SD memory and connect it to the computer and run easy upgrade program and make repair of it|
