How to use Dry Block Calibrator for Temperature calibration

Dry Block Calibrators are used for temperature calibration.

Equipment required : Dry Block calibrator,Reference probe UUT - Unit under test , Temperature sensor to be calibrated

  1. Check the tolerance of reference probe using ice bath 2.Insert the reference probe and UUT together into suitable bores 3.Set the required temperature 4.Wait 6 minute or until the indication of the standard probe is stable to within ±0.1°C. 5 Record the following temperature Reference probe,UUT,Ambient 6 Repeat the step for different temperature
