• Ping the IP address of PLC and check first… If that got right can solve the issue
• You need to know the IP Address of PLC first, then configure your PC/Laptop network settings according to that.
• Things to check.
1 pc/pg configuration has to be properly selected. TCP, mpi.
2 sometimes this could happen if you don’t have it on your catalog use search for exact IP
