It’s an S7-300 module and you can use the TIA portal to program it. The programming cable is quite expensive as I recall.

You can use Simatic Manager Step 7, v5.6 is the last version. Those are signal modules, either Digital Input / Output, Analog Input / Output. To confirm which type of module, check on the side of the module, you can see the part number of the module, which will determine the type of module.
