In case if there is any CB tripping, First Remove the output from the circuit breaker, test the circuit breaker on its own without load, sometimes the breaker might have a problem, then proceed by removing all the appliances on the sockets outlet, then plug one by one, the appliance that has got a problem will trip off the breaker. You can also use an earth leakage current clamp meter to determine the fault
