How to connect a delta DVP PLC using the wplSoft 2.5 software

I’m trying to connect to a Delta DVP PLC. But I’m getting this error. I’m using wplSoft 2.5 software.

• Check, which port you’ve connected to in your device manager

• Please check driver and find port in device manager

• Check if you are using the proper cable

• Go to device manager in your pc to check which com port you are using
