Apparatus required - Master Gauge Pressure Pump Other materials : Data sheet Calibration report
1.Filling the liquid reservoir
Open the liquid reservoir and fill with water or oil . 2.Removing the trapped air
Rotate Handle fully clockwise and then anticlockwise and then close the reservoir 3.Applying pressure
Rotate handle clockwise to increase the pressure and anticlockwise to decrease the pressure
Apply different pressure and note down the value a) 0 % b)25% c)50% d)75% e)100%
Do zero and span adjustment as per the requirement and fill the Pressure calibration report.
